Senior Solution Architect

We are hiring for aSenior Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in our Product 2.0 initiative. In this position, you will guide our client through a major digital transformation: migrating their legacy Master Data Management (MDM) infrastructure from STIBO STEP to Syndigo (PIM & PCM).

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to assess existing mainframe systems, design cloud-integrated architectures in Azure, and drive modernization strategies that align with the enterprise's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, high-performing solutions for the Legacy Modernization Program, leveraging cloud technologies and microservices architecture
• Lead the transition strategy from STIBO STEP to Syndigo MDM/PIM/PCM
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate existing mainframe applications, identify pain points, and define re-platforming, re-factoring, or re-architecting strategies
• Design and oversee the integration of modernized systems with existing enterprise architecture to ensure smooth data flows
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, mentor junior team members, and ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices
• Utilize reverse engineering tools and techniques to understand legacy codebases, databases, and business rules
• Build strong relationships with clients, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and facilitating smooth communication
• Oversee QA processes to guarantee performance, security, and compliance standards. Create comprehensive architectural documentation and guidelines

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on architectural experience with Syndigo (MDM / PIM / PCM) and migration patterns, including transitions from legacy platforms like STIBO STEP
• Proven track record in Enterprise Architecture Design, Business Transformation, Cloud Transformation, IT Transformation, and Modernization Technologies
• Experience with modernization tools and methodologies, including automated code/database analysis, reverse engineering tools for legacy codebases/databases, and API-led integration frameworks
• Strong command of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with mandatory, hands-on experience as a Solution Architect in Microsoft Azure environments
• Practical background or working knowledge in Java
• Strong understanding of software architecture, enterprise design patterns, integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to lead architecture discussions, guide technical teams, and translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders

• Advanced expertise in designing, configuring, and optimizing complex multi-departmental Product Workflows and data governance rules
• Relevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MDM & PIM Platform Certifications (Syndigo & Legacy)
