Event & Community Specialist

We're looking for aEvent & Community Specialist to join our team and help shape a great workplace culture. In this role, you will support employee engagement initiatives, contribute to our internal brand, and help create memorable experiences across the organization. This position requires a minimum of 50% of work from our office in IT Park Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, organization, and execution of engagement activities such as team-building events, workshops, and well-being programs
• Assist with event logistics, including speaker coordination, platform management, registration, and post-event follow-up
• Help maintain a calendar of virtual and offline events, including webinars, panel discussions, and networking opportunities
• Coordinate with vendors, assist with purchasing, and manage event-related materials
• Collect and summarize participant feedback to help improve future events
• Contribute to the promotion of our employer brand internally and externally
• Collaborate with PR, Communication, and Marketing teams to support event promotion
• Actively support cross-functional initiatives and contribute ideas with enthusiasm

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1+ year of experience in engagement activities, event organization, or internal communications
• Located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
• Genuine interest in HR and creating people-centric experiences
• Good written and spoken English — minimum B2 level
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under guidance of senior team members
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
