End-User Support Engineer

We are looking for anEnd-User Support Engineer to support the office in Budapest on-site and colleagues in Hungary remotely.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Team support IT infrastructure in Budapest office
• Ensure equipment, documents and processes are in place
• Support people on IT-related issues
• Operating, maintaining, upgrading, and disposing of assets in the most cost-effective manner
• Be involved in the development of End-User Support Service

Requirements

• Understanding of basic principles of hardware, software, networking
• Intermediate skills of troubleshooting OS, hardware, network
• Understanding of basic principles of asset management, ITIL (or any other ITSM tool)
