Junior Scientist Research and Innovation (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Strengthening our product-focused research and innovation team  Responsible for executionof research projects. 

• Supportsdevelopment of early phase concepts as well as the practical implementation of these concepts. 

• Processes project inquiries as part ofinitial contacts with potential customers. 

• Works in cross-functional interdisciplinary resource teams from other functional areas and supports ongoing projects. 

• Maintains documentationin accordance with regulations, procedures, customer requirements and notified body requirements. 

• Ensure that topicsin the area of ​​responsibility are processed in a quality andtimely manner. 

• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety/ergonomicsstandards and good housekeeping practices. 

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed scientific or technical studies(master's degree orPhD) 

• Experience in development in the life sciences sector (preferably chemical,pharmaceutical or medical development) 

• Scientific work andproductdevelopment 

• Planning, carrying out and evaluating experiments 

• Research and development in the field of medical devices (drug delivery)

• Practical laboratory experience 

• Research and development and its documentation 

• Chemical, preparative work 

• Coatings and coating processes (preferred for medical applications) 

• Communication and teamwork skills 

• Commitment,initiative and willingness to perform 

• Project management skills 

• Basic knowledge of regulations and lawsin the area of ​​medical devices 

• Very good knowledge of German and English
