About The Client:
Client provides industry-leading audit, consulting, tax and advisory services to many of the world's most admired brands, including nearly 90% of the Fortune 500® and more than 9000 U.S.-based private companies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment ofCority EMS/Enviance solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, refine, and document business requirements.
- Prepare functional and technicaldesign specification documents.
- Configure and deployEHS&S software modules based on client requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance onbest practices for Cority EMS system design and configuration.
- Work directly with clients to define, validate, and confirm business requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Configure environmental, health, safety, and sustainability solutions withinCority EMS/Enviance.
- Performsystem integration,data migration, and data validation activities.
- Develop and maintaincustom reports, dashboards, and automated interfaces.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
- Design specifications
- Technical documentation
- Quality assurance and testing templates
- User training guides
- Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support, maintenance, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend continuous process improvements.
- Ensure successful rollout and adoption of Cority EMS solutions while meeting business objectives.
Primary Skills
- 7–10 years of experience implementing and configuringCority EMS/Enviance (Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability - EHS&S) solutions.
- Hands-on experience withCority EMS,Enviance, andSphera.
- Strong understanding ofSQL and query-based data analysis.
- Prior experience as aData Engineer orData Analyst.
- Experience configuringCommercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) EHS&S software solutions.
- Knowledge ofEnvironmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) processes.
- Experience withsystem integration,data migration, anddata validation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience inPower BI andPower Apps is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
