About the Opportunity

A well-established, full-service law firm is seeking a California-licensed Employment Litigation Attorney with approximately 2–10 years of experience to join its growing Labor & Employment practice. The group represents employers across a wide range of industries and advises clients on the full spectrum of workplace issues, including day-to-day counseling, pre-litigation matters, and litigation ranging from individual claims to complex class and representative actions.

The firm maintains long-term client relationships and frequently serves as outside employment counsel, providing strategic legal advice and litigation support to businesses of all sizes.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients and manage sophisticated employment matters from pre-litigation through resolution. Candidates with prior employment litigation experience gained through a law firm, judicial clerkship, or in-house legal department are encouraged to apply. Newly licensed attorneys with substantial employment law experience during law school will also be considered.

Desired Experience
