About the Role
Our client is seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate Attorney (5th–6th year) to join its Employment & Labor practice group in New York.
This role is ideal for an experienced employment litigator with strong substantive litigation skills and the ability to independently manage sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment. The practice focuses on high-profile employment disputes and counseling matters for sophisticated employer-side clients.
The ideal candidate will bring strong drafting and advocacy skills, strategic litigation judgment, and experience managing complex employment matters through all phases of litigation.
