Job Title: Employer Install Associate
Location:Â RemoteÂ
Schedule: 7:00–8:30 AM CST.
Pay Rate: $16/hr to $18/hr
 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain employer group benefits within the Facets system.
- Analyze and interpret benefit documents, contracts, and supporting materials.
- Load, update, and validate employer plan and contract information.
- Research and resolve benefit configuration and installation issues.
- Conduct quality reviews to ensure accurate benefit implementation.
- Manage multiple assignments and meet implementation deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support successful installations.
- Follow departmental procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, benefits administration, enrollment, eligibility, or implementation activities preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
