Job Summary

Job Description

* Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with AIS overall business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
* Manage all employer branding communication channels, including career websites, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, etc.), and industry-specific forums.
* Create compelling and engaging content (e.g., articles, videos, employee testimonials, infographics) that showcases AIS unique employee value proposition (EVP) and company culture.
* Partner with Human Resources to identify and promote internal employee success stories, development opportunities, and company benefits.
* Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, applicant feedback, and Glassdoor ratings, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platforms related to employer branding activities.
* Develop and maintain internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and act as brand ambassadors.
* Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, competitor branding strategies, and candidate expectations.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in employer branding, marketing communications, or a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation tools.
* Experience with analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing.
* Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
* Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
