What You’ll Do
Help brainstorm, create, and facilitate the events/activities held here in Mission! Â The Employee Experience Team works behind the scenes to create fun and engaging activities to balance fun and hard work.Opportunities on all shifts! Â We are looking for 2-3 people per shift.Note:Â This is a volunteer opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Attend monthly meetings as available
- Assist with planning and executing of eventsÂ
- Share your ideas and solicit ideas/feedback from your peers
- Help foster a culture of collaboration and positivity
- Act as a Royal brand advocate
Requirements
- In good standing in current role (no written warnings)
- Able to attend meetings
- Able to help with events
- Able to help communicate and facilitate feedback across your shift
- Able to commit for 1 year
- A nod of support from your supervisor and/or production manager

El equipo de Experiencia del Empleado trabajara para crear actividades divertidas y atractivas que equilibren la diversión con el trabajo arduo.¡Hay oportunidades en todos los turnos! Buscamos de 2 a 3 personas por turno.
Nota: ¡Esta es una oportunidad de voluntariado!

Responsabilidades
Asistir a reuniones mensuales (según disponibilidad)
Ayudar en la planificación y ejecución de eventos
Compartir tus ideas y solicitar sugerencias o comentarios de tus compañeros
Ayudar a fomentar una cultura de colaboración y positividad
Actuar como embajador de la marca Royal
Requisitos
Estar al dÃa y en buen desempeño en tu puesto actual (sin advertencias por escrito)
Poder asistir a las reuniones
Poder ayudar con los eventos
Poder ayudar a comunicar y facilitar la retroalimentación en tu turno
Poder comprometerte por un año
Contar con el visto bueno de tu supervisor y/o gerente de producción
