AtThales S21sec Spain, we are looking for aSenior Security Strategy Consultant with10+ years of experience in cybersecurity to join our central services team.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong expertise incybersecurity infrastructures, capable of supporting and managing complex technological environments across leading security vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze cybersecurity needs and assess current security posture
Design and developSecurity Master Plans and strategic cybersecurity roadmaps
Define high-level designs (HLD) forcybersecurity architectures across IT, OT, and Cloud environments
Act asCISO, advisor, or cybersecurity strategy consultant for clients
Develop and maintain cybersecurity reporting frameworks (KPIs, controls, metrics)
Identify and continuously improve security policies aligned with applicable regulations and standards

Requirements

Strong knowledge ofcybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks (ISO 27000, ENS, NIS2, PCI-DSS, IEC 62443, GDPR, etc.)
Hands-on experience withsecurity technologies (NGFW, IPS, NAC, WAF, CASB, SASE, EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM, Cloud Security, etc.)
Experience incross-functional cybersecurity services (SOC, offensive security, vulnerability management, hardening, threat intelligence, etc.)
Fluent English
