Role Summary
Client’s EMEA Field Marketing team is seeking a strategic, commercially minded campaign leader to build, execute and optimise audience-centric integrated campaigns for B2B technology buyers across EMEA. The role will translate industry priorities, go-to-market plays and account signals into measurable allbound campaigns that create demand, accelerate opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in multi-channel B2B technology marketing and a clear industry-first mindset. They will orchestrate activity across digital, content, local field, partner, sales and business development teams, creating relevant experiences for defined audiences and continuously improving performance through insight and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop EMEA strategic campaign plans that align industry priorities, target accounts, buying groups and regional sales motions to identified pipeline goals.
• Build allbound, multi-channel campaign journeys across paid and owned digital, content, webinars, events, partner activation, business development and sales engagement.
• Translate global messaging and assets into regionally relevant campaign experiences, ensuring relevance by industry, persona, account segment, market and stage of the buyer journey.
• Own campaign briefs, integrated activity plans, timelines, governance and delivery, balancing strategic ambition with operational rigour.
• Partner with regional sales and industry go-to-market leaders, as well as local field, to define campaign outcomes, activation plans, feedback loops and follow-up motions that convert engagement into pipeline.
• Work closely with EMEA and global Campaign, Digital, Content, Event, Partner Marketing and PR teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact programs.
Campaign Optimisation and Measurement
• Define campaign measurement frameworks and monitor performance across reach, engagement, response, conversion, geenrated pipeline and revenue contribution.
• Use audience, channel and funnel insights to identify opportunities, test hypotheses and optimise messaging, content, targeting, channels and nurture paths.
• Forecast and track campaign contribution against lead and pipeline targets; make clear recommendations and implement corrective actions where performance is off track.
• Create concise performance reporting and executive-ready readouts for sales and marketing stakeholders, combining results with actionable recommendations.
• Champion test-and-learn practices and share insight across EMEA to improve the effectiveness and scalability of strategic campaigns.
Stakeholder and Partner Management
• Build trusted, collaborative relationships with EMEA industry sales and go-to-market, field and partner marketing, and Global campaign, product and marketing shared services.
• Lead campaign briefings and enablement for local field marketing teams, providing the tools, context and guidance needed for consistent activation.
• Engage with Global marketing shared services and external agencies, publishers and vendors to maximise campaign quality, audience reach, efficiency and return on investment.
• Operate confidently across matrixed teams, bringing clarity to priorities, dependencies, decision-making and delivery.

Experience and Qualifications
• At least 7 years of B2B technology, software or cloud marketing experience, with a strong record of leading integrated demand generation or strategic campaigns.
• Demonstrable expertise in building and optimising allbound, multi-channel, audience-centric campaigns across complex enterprise buying journeys.
• Experience applying an industry-first approach, with the ability to connect sector challenges, customer needs and technology value propositions.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with sales to deliver lead, pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Advanced campaign analytics and reporting capability, including the ability to turn data into practical optimisation decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
• Exceptional project management, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced EMEA environment.
• Marketing qualification or equivalent professional experience preferred.

What Success Looks Like
• Strategic campaigns are clearly aligned to EMEA industry priorities, target audiences and sales plays.
• Campaign activity delivers measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution and sales activation.
• Stakeholders have clear visibility of performance, priorities and the actions being taken to improve outcomes.
• Campaign approaches and insights can be reused across markets without losing local relevance.
