Mandatory Skills  Strong experience in system testing of connected products, embedded systems, industrial products, IoT devices, or network-enabled devices.  Hands-on experience testing Wi-Fi (802.11x) connectivity, configuration, roaming, interoperability, troubleshooting, and performance.  Strong understanding of Wi-Fi security mechanisms including WPA2, WPA3, personal and enterprise authentication and certificates where applicable.  Experience with testing web-based applications using HTTP/HTTPS protocols and browser-based user interfaces.  Familiarity with configuring and testing systems communicating over TCP/IP networks.  Experience with Linux-based systems and commands.  Knowledge of and hands-on experience in performance, scalability, reliability, and connectivity testing.  Expert-level knowledge of at least one defect management tool (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).  Excellent analytical, planning, tracking, and leadership skills. Desired Skills  Test Certifications: ISTQB as Advanced Test Lead, Certified Agile Tester, or similar.  Experience with test automation tools.  Experience with white-box testing for data transfer & integrity.  Familiarity with IEEE 802.15.4 wireless communication technologies.  Exposure to cellular communication technologies and related validation activities.  Knowledge and experience with packet analysis tools such as Wireshark and network diagnostic tools.  Familiarity with security testing for connected products and wireless communication interfaces.  Experience testing Windows applications  Experience testing Mobile applications on Android and iOS Qualifications (all mandatory)  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.  8+ years in testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.  Experience in test planning, execution & reporting.  Experience in reviewing the work of test engineers and guiding them.
