We are seeking an independent, delivery-focused individual to deliver assigned transformation, business change and digital initiatives across CBWMO, covering Singapore and regional portfolios that impact Singapore operations.

The role requires strong project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities across Business, Operations, Product, Technology, Data Chapter and Risk & Governance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver CBWMO transformation, business change, digital, automation and system enhancement initiatives across Singapore and regional teams.
Coordinate Business, Operations, Product, Technology, Data Chapter, Risk & Governance and regional stakeholders to align delivery, resolve issues and drive decisions to closure.
Manage end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, implementation, go-live and post-implementation support.
Analyse and document business requirements, operational impacts and process improvements; write user stories, facilitate grooming sessions and manage delivery backlogs.
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, governance, implementation readiness and executive reporting.
Execute business readiness and change activities, including impact assessments, communications, training coordination and adoption support for initiatives affecting Singapore retail operations.
Coordinate UAT, regression testing, business validation, production deployment and post-implementation verification.
Support the delivery, accuracy monitoring and automation of GenAI, Agentic AI and other emerging technology initiatives through stakeholder coordination and governance.
Prepare management dashboards and executive updates while maintaining complete delivery documentation and knowledge continuity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
3–6 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services project delivery, business analysis, PMO, operations transformation, change management or technology delivery, with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional workstreams.
Strong hands-on experience across the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, go-live and post-implementation support.
Hands-on experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing delivery backlogs.
Experience coordinating UAT, regression testing, implementation readiness and production deployment.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies; knowledge of the DBS 4D methodology is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
Strong planning, organisation, problem-solving and execution capabilities, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in retail banking operations, operations transformation or digital transformation is highly advantageous.
Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, workflow platforms or emerging technology initiatives is an advantage.
