Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.
Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed.
Seasonal: 21 November 2026 until 24 December 2026
Position 1: Every Saturday 07:45-16:30
Additional days required:
18 November for charity launch event, hours to be discussed at interview
Wednesday 23 December 07:45-16:30 and Thursday 24 December hours to be discussed at interview
Position 2: Every Sunday 8:45-16:30
Additional days required:
Monday 21 December 07:45-16:30 and Tuesday 07:45-16:30
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:
- Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
- Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
- Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
