Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to our customers.

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the business to succeed. 

Seasonal: 19 November 2026 until 24 December 2026

Rota: Role 1 -Every Saturday 19 November - 19 December 07:45-16:30

          Role 2 - Every Sunday 22 November - 20 December 08:45-16:30

Plus additional days required: 

          Wednesday 18 November for charity launch event, hours to be discussed at interview 

         Santa Paws - Tuesday 1st and Monday 7th December 08:30-12:30

          Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd, Wednesday 23rd 07:45-16:30 with Thursday 24th December hours to be discussed at interview

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone by:

• Ensuring all customers are greeted and offered assistance
• Handling customer queries courteously and efficiently
• Identifying customer needs through interaction, and taking appropriate action
