- Supports continuous improvement and automation activities across the facility.
- Works with medium voltage systems and machine control systems, including PLCs and Servo systems.
- Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote I/O, HMIs, and associated Rockwell software.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs.
- Experience with industrial Ethernet communication and machine network layout and design.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage capital and expense budgets to meet plant objectives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial automation is required.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with knowledge of production and maintenance processes, is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience managing contractors and maintenance technicians.
- Ability to design, develop, and oversee electrical control systems.
