Electrical Engineer

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and integrateelectrical power systems and electrical wiring & interconnection systems (EWIS), including high-power distribution, motor drives, hydraulics, energy storage, and production-ready harness architectures

• Develop and releasesystem schematics, block diagrams, interconnects, and wire diagrams, supporting full lifecycle from concept, production, and sustainment.

• Leadharness design, component selection, and integration, including connectors, backshells, shielding, grounding, and sealing for harsh marine environments

• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and compliance teams to optimizeSWaP, reliability, EMI/EMC, and environmental robustness

• Supportdesign reviews, first article builds, supplier engagement, and test/qualification activities, ensuring performance and compliance with applicable standards

• Operate effectively in afast-paced, multi-program environment, supporting new development, production, and fielded hardware

What You’ll Need

• Engineering Bachelor’s degree (EE,ME,CE)

• 1-3 years experience in a hands on electrical engineering role

• Exposure to mechatronics and electromechanical systems
