Electrical Department Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for managing the estimating and project management for $25M+ of union electrical construction business within a larger overall division.

The Electrical Department Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing operations related to a wide range of ongoing multi-trade construction projects. This position will supervise senior project manager and estimator team members in project development and oversee company projects to make sure they are running as planned.

The Electrical Department Manager will build customer, labor, employee, union, and other relationships, to communicate results during project milestones and manage critical path, personnel, quality, and safety issues professionally and proactively

Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction project management and/or estimating experience

• Experience leading heavy industrial projects.

• Time management skills, the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively with a proven track
