Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedHSIO Post-Silicon Validation Lead with strong expertise in high-speed interface validation and electrical characterization. The candidate will lead silicon bring-up, PVT characterization, validation planning, debugging, and lab measurements for PCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, and SERDES interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-silicon electrical characterization and HSIO validation.
- Develop validation strategies, test plans, schedules, and sign-off criteria.
- Perform PVT characterization, eye-diagram, jitter, BER, timing, and voltage-margin measurements.
- Use and troubleshootOscilloscopes, BERTs, VNAs, Signal Generators, and Protocol Analyzers.
- Drive root-cause analysis of SI/PI, electrical, and system-level issues.
- Automate validation and lab workflows usingPython, MATLAB, or scripting.
- Prepare technical reports and recommend product improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and coach validation engineers.
- Collaborate with Design, SI/PI, Product Engineering, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong expertise inPCIe, DDR, USB, Ethernet, and SERDES.
- Hands-onpost-silicon validation and silicon bring-up experience.
- Strong knowledge ofSI, PI, jitter, BER, eye diagrams, and compliance testing.
- Hands-on experience with high-end electrical validation equipment.
- Experience withPVT characterization and high-speed interface validation.
- Proficiency inPython/MATLAB/test automation.
- Proventechnical leadership and team mentoring experience.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
