Ejecutivo Operación Terrestre

What will your functions be?

Asignación de unidades de acuerdo con la solicitud de transporte 
de los clientes, buscando acorde a las cotizaciones del cliente las opciones de 
transportistas, una vez que tiene elegido al transportista se pone de acuerdo 
con él para cargar la mercancía, emitiendo una carta de instrucciones. Una vez 
en firme el movimiento hace el monitoreo de la unidad para dar aviso al cliente 
del estatus de su embarque y dar aviso del arribo de su mercancía. 

Asegurar la recepción de la factura del transportista, se valida y se pasa a pago 
al área de cuentas por pagar.

Facturar los servicios prestados solo en el caso de que se brinde servicio 
exclusivamente terrestre, a través del sistema DIDAT para hacerle llegar su 
factura al cliente.
