Store Manager – South Yarra, Melbourne (Full-Time)

Location:Chapel st, South Yarra, Melbourne
Hours: 38 hours/week, Tuesday to Saturday
Start Date: Immediate
Wage: Level 6 Award Wage

We’re looking for an experiencedStore Manager to lead our team in South Yarra. This is a full-time, position where you’ll play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and delivering top-tier customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the retail team with a hands-on, customer-focused approach

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met

• Manage store sales and KPIs

• Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targets

• Handle recruitment, team training, performance management, and compliance

• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards

• Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a safe, healthy work environment

What We’re Looking For

• At least2 years' experience as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred)

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

• Results-driven, with a focus on customer service

• Confident communicator with great people skills

• Organised, reliable, and a problem-solver

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems

• Fluent in English

• Passionate about our brand and products
