MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICES WORKS DIRECTOR OR SERVICES WORKS MANAGER• Become familiar with, and analyze, the cases• Establish quotes in relation to the projects and/or analyze tender files• Ensure the building site’s preparation by integrating the company’s SQE and productivity procedures• Negotiate and launch supplier orders and sub-contractor contracts• Propose the execution budgets depending on the type of business project• Set up the resources needed to ensure in-house production• Organize, coordinate and control the sub-contracted works• Ensure compliance with the contractual clauses and manage the works schedule of the business projects• Establish invoices and pay requests and make sure they are paid• Ensure the delivery, including the resolution of deviations and the total completion liability guarantee• Guarantee client satisfaction and maintain commercial relations with recurrent clients• Provide training on work station safety for the personnel under your responsibility• Check that the necessary driving/operating authorizations are obtained.• Establish/update and implement the health and safety protection/prevention plan• Establish the DICT (declaration of the intention to begin work)• Ensure the implementation of the building site work and protective equipment, and check to make sure it is compliantJOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION2-5 years’ higher educationFIELDS OF STUDY:Building - Civil engineering - Maintenance – Refurbishment or redevelopmentREQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCEBeginner or experience in works or services worksJOB ENVIRONMENTINTERNALCost/Structures/Methods studies offices - Accounting - SQE - Logistics - HR - Customer serviceEXTERNAL:All those involved in the act of building and maintaining assetsVotre profil :
Idéalement issu-e d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine du BTP type Bac+2, vous disposez d'uneexpérience de 2 ans minimum dans le domaine des travaux.
Dynamique et autonome vous êtes reconnu-e pour votre rigueur, votre organisation et appréciez le travail en équipe.
