Responsibilities:

• You act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for Vileda Professional Germany and Austria, supporting and being part of themanagement teams in steeringP&L, working capital, liquidity, andstrategic business performance.

• To enable sound decision making, you provide high-qualityreporting, transparentanalysis and actionableinsights across management, customer, and product P&L

• You lead theoperational planning process, including simulations and reconciliations, with a holistic view on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.

• You monitor business performance, identifyrisks andopportunities, and translate financial developments into clearrecommendations for strategic actions.

• In close collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders, you continuouslyimprove our financial processes, systems, and standards.

• You manage and contribute to local and global finance projects in close cooperation with the Global Director Finance & Controlling Vileda Professional.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or comparable.
• Profound experience inoperative business controlling, ideally in a sales or marketing entity.
• Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Expert user ofSAP and MS Office, combined with interest in process improvement, lean methods and digital finance topics.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and confidence in working with different local and global stakeholders.
• StrongGerman andEnglish language skills (both min. C1 level) round off your profile.
