BlackRock Resources is hiring an experiencedEnvironmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for a leading food and beverage manufacturing company.

We're looking for a hands-on safety leader who knows how to do more than enforce policies. We want someone who can build a strong safety culture, influence plant operations, reduce workplace risks, and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and implement environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing operations.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and applicable safety regulations.

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.

• Develop and deliver safety training for employees and leadership.

• Partner with production, maintenance, engineering, and HR to strengthen workplace safety.

• Monitor EHS performance metrics and drive measurable improvements.

• Oversee emergency preparedness, hazardous waste management, and environmental compliance.

• Promote a proactive, safety-first culture throughout the facility.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Food & Beverage Manufacturing experience is required.

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.

• Professional EHS certifications are required.

• 8+ years of progressive environmental, health, and safety experience.

• At least 3 years of EHS leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and environmental regulations.

• Proven experience with safety audits, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar professional certifications.

• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Familiarity with EHS software such as Intelex, Enablon, or VelocityEHS.

• Experience leading safety improvements in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Schedule & Benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel: Occasional domestic travel
