As aProcurement Category Manager, you will develop and execute the sourcing strategy forParticle Optics Detection Modules, working closely with suppliers and internal teams around the world. Your focus will be on building strong supplier partnerships, securing supply, improving cost and performance, and supporting technology innovation.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute theglobal category and sourcing strategy for Particle Optics and Detection Modules.
• Build strategic supplier relationships focused oninnovation, quality, cost, delivery, and supply continuity.
• Leadsupplier selection, RFPs, negotiations, and contracts.
• Monitor supply markets and identifyrisks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Partner withR&D, Operations, Product Management, and other stakeholders to support technology and business roadmaps.
• Manage supplier performance and drivecontinuous improvement.
• Use data and market insights to identifycost optimization and risk-reduction opportunities.
• Provide procurement and market insights to support key business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree inBusiness, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management.
• Experience managing atechnical category or commodity in an international environment.
• Strongnegotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively withtechnical and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in aglobal, matrixed organization.

Experience with highly technical products, optics, electronics, precision components, or related technologies is an advantage.
