As the Egnyte Product Growth Manager, you will help bring Egnyte to the AEC market by working with Sales, Marketing, customers, and Egnyte to create awareness, generate opportunities, enable our sales organization, and drive successful adoption.

This Is Not a Traditional Product Management Role

TheEgnyte Product Growth Manager is responsible for building awareness, generating qualified leads, enabling ATG Sales, developing pipeline, supporting customer opportunities, and driving revenue growth for Egnyte.

This is a highly collaborative, marketing and sales focused role that connectsEgnyte + ATG Sales + Marketing + Customers.

We are looking for abusiness builder who enjoys working with Sales, creating demand, developing content, building relationships, supporting customers, working with vendor partners, and finding ways to turn opportunities into revenue.

You do not need to be a Product Technical Expert. You need to know how to ask the right questions, communicate the value of the solution, leverage the right resources, and determine what needs to happen next.

Overview / The Role

The Egnyte Product Growth Manager owns the growth and development of the Egnyte business within ATG.

This role combines:

Sales & Business Development + Demand Generation + Sales Enablement + Customer Success + Vendor/Partner Management + Revenue Growth

You will work closely with ATG Sales Managers and Reps to help them understand Egnyte, identify opportunities, develop pipeline, support active deals, and ultimately assist as necessary to win business.

You will also partner closely with Marketing to create content and programs that generate awareness and qualified leads for ATG.

This person will serve as the primary connection between ATG, Egnyte, Sales, Marketing, and our customers, leveraging the Egnyte team and other ATG resources when additional expertise is needed.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Marketing — Primary Focus

  • Partner with Marketing to develop content and programs that create awareness and generate qualified Egnyte leads for ATG.
  • Develop customer-focused content, campaigns, webinars, presentations, success stories, FAQs, use cases, and other materials that create demand.
  • Identify customer questions, industry trends, sales opportunities, and market needs that can be turned into valuable content.
  • Translate Egnyte capabilities and customer challenges into compelling messaging for the AEC market.
  • Take ownership of developing ideas and content rather than waiting for Marketing to tell you what they need.
  • Monitor lead generation and engagement and continually look for ways to improve results.

Sales Growth & Enablement

  • Work directly with ATG Sales Managers and Reps to educate, onboard, and enable them to effectively position and sell Egnyte.
  • Help Sales identify Egnyte opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
  • Support Sales throughout the sales cycle by helping position the solution, answer questions, leverage Egnyte resources, and move opportunities to the next stage.
  • Understand sales pipeline and forecasting and use that information to identify opportunities, gaps, and actions needed to help drive quarterly results.
  • Create sales enablement materials, presentations, messaging, FAQs, use cases, and other resources that make Egnyte easier to sell.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales Managers and Reps and become a trusted resource they want to work with.
  • Help drive adoption of Egnyte within the Sales organization and continually look for ways to increase engagement.

Revenue & Business Growth

  • Take ownership of Egnyte revenue growth and business development goals, working closely with Sales to develop the pipeline, identify opportunities, and coach the team on how to achieve and exceed those goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness, pipeline, new customers, and revenue.
  • Monitor pipeline, forecast, opportunities, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
  • Work with Sales leadership to understand forecasting and quarterly goals without taking over Sales management responsibilities.
  • Identify gaps and proactively develop strategies to address them.
  • Help move opportunities forward and support Sales in winning business.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Egnyte team.
  • Serve as the key ATG business liaison with Egnyte.
  • Leverage Egnyte resources and expertise when Sales, Marketing, or customers need additional product, technical, pricing, or support information.
  • Communicate customer and Sales feedback back to Egnyte.
  • Coordinate with Egnyte to help remove obstacles and support Internal (our sales staff) and External (our customers) customer opportunities.

  • Sales understands Egnyte and knows when and how to position it.
  • Egnyte is actively being discussed and positioned by ATG Sales.
  • Qualified Egnyte leads are consistently being generated.
  • Marketing has a steady stream of useful Egnyte content and ideas.
  • Pipeline and forecasting are understood and actively used to drive growth.
  • Opportunities are progressing through the sales cycle.
  • ATG has a strong working relationship with Egnyte.
  • Customers successfully adopt and see value from the solution.
  • Egnyte revenue and market adoption continue to grow.

We are looking for someone who is highly personable, proactive, persistent, and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to appear.

The ideal candidate may come from Product Management, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Channel/Partner Management, Product Growth, or another revenue-focused role.

What matters most is their ability to:

  • Build strong relationships and influence people without direct authority.
  • Work effectively with Sales Managers and Sales Reps.
  • Create demand and develop content that generates leads.
  • Present and communicate effectively to individuals and groups.
  • Understand sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue goals.

  • Work effectively with vendor partners.
  • Learn technology solutions and communicate their value without needing to be the technical expert.
  • Take initiative and figure out what needs to happen next.
  • Follow through and keep opportunities moving.
  • Bring an “always find a way to win” mentality.

Qualifications

  • Business development, customer success, sales enablement, partner/channel management, product growth, experience in sales or a similar growth-focused role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive results.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience creating content, sales materials, presentations, or other demand-generation resources.
  • Comfortable working with revenue targets, sales pipeline, forecasting, and business metrics.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Services, and vendor organizations.
  • AEC industry or technology experience is preferred but not required.
  • Traditional Product Management experience is not required.
  • This person must understand that their role is to enable Sales to sell more Egnyte. They will be the Egnyte leader and coach within ATG, working closely with Sales to build pipeline, create opportunities, and help the team achieve Egnytes revenue and Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) goals. Their success will come from helping Sales thrive and ultimately grow the Egnyte business.
