Group Chief Financial Officer (iGaming)

We are a dynamic leader in the iGaming industry with a global presence. As we continue to expand we are seeking a strategic GroupChief Financial Officerwith strong internationaliGaming, online gaming or sports bettingexperience and multinational European exposure. This is not a traditional accounting-focused CFO role. The key mandate is to lead the Group's international restructuring, business carve-outs, global treasury and tax structuring, and preparation for future fundraising and potential listing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and redesign the Group's global corporate structure, including holding companies, operating entities, regulated entities and offshore structures, to support future growth, fundraising and potential listing objectives.
• Lead the restructuring and separation of businesses intended for future listing from other regulated or licensed businesses, covering ownership, operations, contracts, customers, employees, intellectual property, banking, fund flows and financial records.
• Design the Group's global treasury and cross-border fund-flow structure, including contracting and collection entities, cost and profit allocation, intercompany transactions, shareholder and intercompany loans, capital injections, dividends and multi-currency banking arrangements
• Oversee the Group's international tax structure, including corporate tax, withholding tax, transfer pricing, related-party transactions, cross-border service fees, interest and dividends, ensuring both compliance and tax efficiency.
• Lead financial and corporate preparation for future capital markets activities, including group restructuring, historical financial clean-up, related-party and intercompany clean-up, audit readiness, and financial and tax due diligence.
• Coordinate international law firms, Big Four firms, auditors, tax advisers, banks and investment banks to execute the Group's restructuring and capital markets roadmap.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience within iGaming, online gaming, betting, or sportsbook.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including senior finance leadership experience as a Group CFO, CFO, Finance Director or equivalent.
• Significant multinational group finance and corporate structuring experience, preferably with European exposure, particularly across Malta, Cyprus, Gibraltar and the UK.
• Proven hands-on experience in group restructuring, corporate structuring and/or business carve-outs.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border treasury, intercompany transactions, international taxation, transfer pricing and multi-currency banking.
• Experience managing complex multi-country, multi-entity and multi-licence group structures.
• Pre-IPO, IPO, equity fundraising or cross-border M&A experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to connect business operations, fund flows, finance, tax, legal/regulatory requirements and capital markets, rather than operating purely as a traditional accounting-focused CFO.
• Fluent in English
