Your Day-to-Day

• Collect, clean, and consolidate data from spreadsheets, CRM systems, sales reports, marketing platforms, and dashboards to maintain accurate and reliable datasets.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports that track key business and operational performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using tools to communicate performance effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign, sales, customer, operational, and product performance, collaborating with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and lookup functions for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiar with SQL and exposure to Python, Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar analytics tools through internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
