CM&VEVA Section Manager

• Lead and manage Change Management and VEVA activities within Autoliv Thailand (ATA) to ensure successful implementation of engineering changes, cost reduction initiatives, product optimization, and process improvements.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective execution of VEVA projects and engineering changes while maintaining compliance with Autoliv standards, customer specific requirements, and plant objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, operational excellence, and cost competitiveness through VEVA and Change Management processes.

• Develop organizational capability and strengthen change management culture across the plant.
