Meetings and Events Trainee

This internship will give you an exciting insight into the world ofmeetings and events within our hotel. Working alongside our experienced team, you will actively contribute to thefull management of our guests' events, in a friendly and stimulating environment.

What will your responsibilities be?

• You will be thefirst point of contact for our clients, responding to their requests and preparingattractive offers and proposals.

• You will learn all aboutdrafting contracts andmanaging invoicing.

• You will helpensure our guests' satisfaction and well-being throughout their stay and event.

• By taking part in our weekly meetings, you will have the opportunity tocollaborate with our Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office teams to coordinate and plan upcoming events.

Who are we looking for?

• You are comfortable communicating in bothEnglish and French with our international clientele. Knowledge ofDutch or any other language is a plus!

• You are studying Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business, Event Management or a related field and have aninternship agreement starting from December/ January 2026 for a minimum period of 6 months!

• Above all, we are looking for someone who ispositive, dynamic and eager to learn.

• Strongadministrative and/or commercial skills are a great advantage.
