TheSenior Quality Manager role involvesmaintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• NPI management.
• CAPA management (CARs).
• Documentation creation.
• Customer service.
• Systematic corrections.
• Management of zero-defect operations.
• Personnel management.
• Follow-up with Engineering.
