Junior Associate / Associate (0–2 PQE) – Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Regulatory

We are recruiting aSolicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) to join our specialistSafety, Health & Environment (SHE) Regulatory team in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join atop 20 international law firm with one of the largest and most highly regarded SHE practices in the UK.

The Opportunity

You will become part of acollaborative and supportive team of 16 fee earners, working on ahighly varied and often high-profile caseload. This role offers a unique opportunity to practisecriminal defence within a corporate environment, while developing a niche specialism in regulatory crime.

You’ll be involved in cases frominitial investigation through to court proceedings, including:

• Corporate manslaughter
• Health & Safety prosecutions
• Environmental crime
• Fire safety and food safety matters
• Motor prosecutions
• Representation atCoroners’ Court

You will work with a broad mix ofcorporate and insurer-backed clients nationwide, gaining exposure to complex and impactful matters.
