Application Engineer - Hygienic Process (f/m/d)

We are looking for an Application Engineer - Hygienic Process(f/m/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.

This position is based on-site inBüchen, Germany, and reports to the Hiring Manager located inDenmark. Therefore, very good English communication skills are required. Alternatively, the role can also be based at ourHolstebro, Denmark location.

In this position, you willleverage andactively shape thenewest technologies in hygienic Valve technology based onwater hydraulic and drive the link between component technology and solutions forhygienic process systems, enabling cutting-edge solutions fordairy, food, beverage, andpharmaceutical production.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and engineering of valve solutions based on water hydraulic support systems, forhygienic liquid processing plants (food, dairy, beverage, brewery and pharmaceutical industries)

• Technical consulting and concept development for theintegration of valve technology and hydraulic systems intoliquid handling and process plants

• Development of application concepts forhygienic solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g. EHEDG, 3-A)

• Supervision and execution ofinstallation and commissioning of process equipment, includingvalves, piping systems and process skids, at customer sites

• Advising engineering companies and customers onhygienic system design, enabled by the technology provided byhydraulic valves within production environments

• Coordination of projects related toprocess plant integration, working closely with internal teams, system integrators, and external partners

Your Profile / Qualifications

Your profile:

• Degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), with solid knowledge ofhydraulics, valve technology, and piping design

• Ideally, you haveexperience inprocess engineeringwithin a highly regulated environment, with aproven track record ofplanning and implementing plant systemsandcomponents in the food, beverage, dairy, brewing, or pharmaceutical industries

• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics

• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus

• Structured, analytical mindset, combined with high initiative, sense of responsibility, and ahands-on approach

• Team-oriented, flexible, and solution-driven

• Willingness to travel tocustomers for on-site support and ourlocation in Büchen, if based in Holstebro (approximately 50 days a year)
