IT Recruiter

We are looking for anIT Recruiter to join our team in Budapest or Szeged.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete (end to end) recruiting process
• Source and recruit proper candidates especially for IT positions
• Interview candidates and write reports about them to hiring managers
• Follow and administer the full process in ATS from the first call to hiring
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates
• Participate in recruitment events (job fairs, meet-ups, etc.)

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a recruiter (ideally in IT/Software Engineering field)
• Confident knowledge of English and Hungarian
• Good IT literacy at the user level
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with IT professionals and managers
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
