We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Education & Training (E&T) Manager to lead our academic and career technical training instructors. In this role, you will directly support students to gain industry-recognized training and the skills that lead to full-time jobs, higher education, and bright futures.

Your Impact & Key Responsibilities

• Direct Operations: Oversee daily management and safety of academic and career technical training classes.

• Drive Student Success: Ensure comprehensive case management to boost student progress, achievement, and graduation.

• Lead & Develop Staff: Recruit, interview, train, and mentor Instructors while fostering a supportive work environment.

• Meet Performance Goals: Align center operations to meet or exceed US Department of Labor (DOL) and company performance standards.
• Build Partnerships: Establish strong community linkages for career technical training, Work-Based Learning (WBL), and student career placement.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school (Master’s degree is preferred).

• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in teaching or related field required. 

• Credentials: Experience in Job Corps, teaching, or a valid in-State teaching certificate is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude toward safety and student environment maintenance.

• Physical Readiness: Ability to maintain a presence across campus, manage a safe training facility environment, and handle daily administrative functions.
