Role Overview

As an Education Counselor, you will guide prospective students through their study abroad journey, from initial consultation to successful enrollment. This role combines counseling, customer relationship management, and business development, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and their families regarding international education opportunities.

• Assess students' academic profiles, career goals, and study preferences.

• Provide accurate information on universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.

• Manage student inquiries through phone calls, social media, email, and in-person consultations.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.

• Convert leads into successful student enrollments.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.

• Coordinate with internal teams and international partners.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.

• Achieve monthly enrollment targets and performance KPIs.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred

• Previous experience in education consultancy, admissions, sales, customer service, or counseling.

• Knowledge of international higher education systems.

• Fluency in both Bangla and English.
