Job Description
Position Summary: To provide specialized technical assistance, supervision, and independent executive and administrative support to the Education Department in managing a wide range of professional and technical functions. The position initiates and independently completes those requirements necessary to conduct residency, fellowship, nurse practitioner and medical student training programs. This position functions as the focal point for all required educational activities.
Essential Job: Under the general direction of the Program Director and Program Administrator this person: Manages all administrative operations and activities for the Education Department within Highland Family Medicine. Supervises the Education Department staff and their duties.
Salary Range:
$33.00 - $50.00 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience (minimum required): 5 years work experience Administrative, personnel, medical or educational environment preferred
