Job description:-
- Experience in TLE (Trusted Link enterprise) EDI tool.
- Experience in Trading Partner Setup and Communication Protocol setup like AS2,SFTP,FTPS and OFTP
- Knowledge on EDI Standards like ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
- Good to have experience EDI platform admin knowledge and Microsoft Azure, Boomi, IBM Sterling, etc.
- Respond to incidents and event-driven alerts and troubleshoot customer issues using ticketing tool like Servicenow
- Work on day-to-day operations with the application technical team, including operational support and related activities
- Perform root cause analysis on reported system errors, establishes appropriate corrections assists on incidents
- Willing to work in shifts and weekend / on call support on rotational basis when required. Open to work in onsite and Offshore model.
- Analyze TLE mapping and perform root cause analysis.
