Job Description : Any Graduate Diploma in Engineering Minimum 34 Years of Experience in AV EDR Management Troubleshoot agent communication issues between endpoints and the EDR console Troubleshoot EDR software issues experienced in EDR management console Help Upgrade EDR Endpoint software and troubleshoot problems associated with the upgrade Help Troubleshoot problems experienced by system owners Help troubleshoot all issues on virus infections prevention Help troubleshoot all issues related to signature downloading or updating Prepare and provide daily weekly and monthly report out from the Symantec EDR server Configure EDR policies on the server and apply it onto every type of clients Maintain the EDR environment on current version levels Assist in the creation of process and procedure documentation Assist in the creation and delivery of training on supported platforms to Service Desk and Desktop Support Personnel
