As a Storage Administrator at Ubisoft Montréal, in Saint-Laurent, you will help maintain our global file-sharing services and data-archiving storage platforms. You’ll work with a four-person team based in Germany, China, and France, collaborating primarily online across time zones. This is a full-time role.

What you’ll do

• Maintain thestability, availability, and performance of global file-sharing services
• Respond tomajor incidents, coordinate troubleshooting, and help restore services within agreed timelines
• Handleuser requests involving shared storage, quotas, access permissions, data migrations, and service issues
• Monitorservice health and capacity and maintain storage infrastructure and hardware
• Contribute to thedesign, implementation, and improvement of storage solutions
• Develop and maintainautomation for recurring operational tasks and standard processes

What you bring to the team

• Apply practicalstorage operations experience to production support, troubleshooting, and service reliability
• Collaborate acrossteams and time zones while organizing your work effectively
• Automate tasks usingPython, Ansible, Git, PowerShell, shell scripting, and Terraform
• Administerenterprise and cloud storage, with knowledge of Ceph and, ideally, hands-on experience with Isilon or Qumulo
• Configure and maintainWindows Server, including Distributed File System (DFS), andRocky Linux
• Use your knowledge ofnetworking, virtualization, Active Directory, Server Message Block (SMB), Network File System (NFS), backups, and archiving
• Monitor services withPrometheus and Grafana and work with storage services onAzure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Turn user needs and operational constraints into practicalstorage solutions, explain technical issues clearly, and work with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams
