E-Commerce Marketplace Lead

Help shape the future of Clarks' ecommerce growth.

We're looking for a commercially drivenE-Commerce Marketplace Lead to take ownership of our growing marketplace business across the UK and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding the Clarks brand across leading marketplaces while driving sales, profitability, and customer acquisition.

You'll own the day-to-day trading and performance of our marketplace channels, working closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and Technology teams to ensure our products are visible, competitive and delivering results.

You'll analyse performance, identify growth opportunities, and build strong partnerships with marketplace providers to unlock new revenue streams.

Just as importantly, you'll help define and execute our marketplace growth strategy. From identifying new opportunities to leading partner onboarding and launches, you'll be at the forefront of expanding Clarks into new digital channels and markets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving marketplace sales, profit and growth across the UK and Europe.

• Leading the launch of new marketplace partners and helping shape our future roadmap.

• Optimising product visibility, conversion and trading performance.

• Building strong relationships with key marketplace partners.

• Using data and insights to identify opportunities and influence commercial decisions.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok, LaRedoute or similar.

• A strong commercial mindset with a passion for ecommerce trading.

• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

• A proactive approach and desire to make a real impact in a growing channel.

• Someone willing to work UK hours (2 to 11pm) with the first part of each day in our office in Mid Valley City
