eCommerce Coordinator - Skechers

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused eCommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of ourSkechersAustralia and New Zealand websites.

Working closely with the eCommerce Manager and Head of eCommerce, you’ll help deliver an engaging online shopping experience through product launches, website merchandising and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product uploads, including descriptions, imagery and product data

• Maintain accurate product information, categorisation and inventory details

• Merchandise products across the websites to support sales and digital trading strategies

• Coordinate website updates for campaigns, product launches and promotions

• Assist with landing pages, email, social and blog content implementation

• Work with SEO teams to improve product visibility and website performance

• Maintain accurate store information across both websites

• Troubleshoot website issues and assist with testing and quality checks

• Liaise with customer service and internal teams to support a seamless online experience

• Contribute to weekly ecommerce reporting and monitor best-selling products

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

• A genuine interest in retail, ecommerce and digital trends

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to learn

• Magento, CMS or Google Analytics experience highly regarded
