We are looking for an experiencedCNC Setter/Operator (Turning)to join our Night Shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality components, enjoys working with advanced CNC equipment, and wants to be part of a business that supports continuous improvement, innovation, and career development.

What You'll BeDoing

As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our production cells operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities willinclude:

• Setting and operating CNC turning centres in a fast-paced productionenvironment.
• Selecting tooling, setting offsets, preparing work holding, and safely proving out new and existing jobs.
• Producing components to engineering drawings and customerspecifications.
• Performing first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuringequipment.
• Troubleshooting machining issues, responding to machine alarms, andmaintainingproduction output.
• Working closely with the production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and workplacesafety.
