About the Opportunity
We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join a high-quality early learning program in the Atlanta area.
Our school provides a nurturing, discovery-based learning environment where young children are encouraged to explore, create, ask questions, and develop a lifelong love of learning. The educational approach blends Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, emphasizing hands-on exploration, creativity, individualized learning, and the development of the whole child.
With small class sizes and a collaborative approach to education, the school values strong partnerships between educators and families and recognizes that every child learns differently. The goal is to help children build the social, emotional, cognitive, and academic foundations they need to thrive in school and beyond.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and enjoys creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, organized, and eager to contribute to a positive classroom environment where every child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.
