Job Description:

We are UPS, the world's largest package delivery company and we are looking for Customer Service  Agentto join our Customer Service department/Head Offices at Koropi (on site job)

Main responsibilities

 ‣ Handle incoming calls for pick up, track and trace, service guarantees & service information, export shipments exception and other enquiries, in professional manner, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.

‣ Understand UPS service, product, systems and procedures

‣ Identify and record customer concern or issues

‣ Recommend solutions about service concerns to management

‣ Identify potential needs of customers and submit sales leads

Qualifications

‣ Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus

‣ Computer skills (CRM systems) and ability to use office equipment are required

‣ Fluency in Greek and English is a must

‣ Be flexible to work in shifts ( 08.00- 16.00//09.00-17.00// 10.00-18.00// 10.30-18.30 in rotation) and able to work under pressure

‣ Be Patient, with a Friendly approach and Can-do attitude

‣ Problem solving skills & able to follow procedures
