Job Description:

  • Lead and develop theportfolio strategyfor China consumer health care (CHC) portfolios.​

  • Analyzes the relevant CHC portfolio, market, andcompetitors todevelop GTM plans andstorytellingthat drive categorygrowth (consumer skin care & consumer first-aid)​

  • Portfolio Management/LCM, owning the profit center business results including topline sales, std GM% as well as pricing.​

  • CHC portfolio NPI Pipeline & Launch:​ Understands consumer behaviorand identifies unmet needs, to lead local NPIs and influence global team in product global innovation.​ Launches new productswith acomprehensive marketing plan.​​

  • Responsible for achievingthestandard marginofthe profit center byestablishing abase pricestrategy for eachportfolio.​​

  • Develops aprice increaseplan to optimize marginsand counteract inflationor changes in costs.​
