Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Development pour rejoindre notre équipe Programme / Management de projet de développement basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes programmes en charge des modifications majeures de l’A220 (Structure, Système, Cabine)

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Programme / Management de projet de développement chargée d’amener l’expertise en management de projet au sein d’autres fonctions de Airbus Canada.. 

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Development sera d’être le partenaire stratégique des PDTs (Product Development Team) dans leur responsabilité en termes de Temps, Coût, Qualité et Performance des projets et les accompagner dans le processus “PDP, Product Development Plan”.

Vos défis:

• Soutenir les objectifs de Temps, Coût, Qualité et Performance des projets.

• Assurer une bonne prise de décision en lien avec les besoins opérationnels et escalader les problèmes au besoin.

• Développer, harmoniser et mettre à jour les plans intégrés.

• Assurer la qualité des plans grâce à la mise en place d’indicateurs de performance et le suivi des règles.

• Gérer et contrôler le scope du projet tout au long de sa durée de vie.

• Coordonner les activités de gestion de projet en lien avec le système Airbus incluant les revues de maturité de projet.

• Intégrer et analyser les données financières, les données de planification, de qualité et de performance des projets afin de fournir des analyses pertinentes et transparentes sur leurs avancements.

• Gérer les risques et opportunités (identification, catégorisation, plan de recouvrement).

• Mettre en place et gérer la gouvernance des équipes multidisciplinaires, internes et externes à Airbus, incluant l’ingénierie, les méthodes, la qualité, les achats et les fournisseurs.

• Créer des synergies au sein de la communauté de Gestion de Projet en partageant l’expérience et les bonnes pratiques.

Votre profil:

• Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine relié à la gestion, la gestion de projet, l’ingénierie ou l’équivalent.

• Vous détenez la certification PMP (un atout).

• Vous avez des qualités de leader et démontré un haut niveau d’influence.

• Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet ou gestion de programme.

• Vous avez de bonnes compétences d’analyse, de planification et de gestion des problèmes.

• Vous avez l’esprit ouvert avec de fortes compétences interpersonnelles et vous démontrez une grande habileté à travailler en équipe.

• Vous avez le sens de l’organisation, de la gestion du temps et vous êtes autonome.

• Vous avez idéalement de l’expérience et de l’intérêt pour l’aéronautique.

• Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise pour communiquer en Français et en Anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

• Vous avez des compétences avancées avec la suite Google et Planisware

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Development to join our ABBXD (Program / Project management for Development Projects team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work conjointly with the Program Teams dedicated to major modification of the A220 (Structure, System, Cabin).

You will be part of the ABBXD team responsible for bringing project management expertise to other Airbus Canada departments. 

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Development will be to be the strategic partner to the PDTs (Product Development Team) in their responsibility for project Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance and guide them in the Product Development Plan (PDP) process.

Your challenges: 

• Support the Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance objectives of projects.

• Ensure sound decision-making in line with operational needs and escalate issues as necessary.

• Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans.

• Ensure the quality of plans through the implementation of performance indicators and the monitoring of rules.

• Manage and control the project scope throughout its lifecycle.

• Coordinate project management activities related to the Airbus system, including project maturity reviews.

• Integrate and analyze financial, planning, quality, and performance data for projects to provide relevant and transparent analyses of their progress.

• Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan).

• Establish and manage the governance of multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external to Airbus, including engineering, methods, quality, procurement, and suppliers. Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

Your boarding pass:

• A PMP certification is an asset.

• You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.

• You have strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high level of teamwork ability.

• You are organized, have excellent time management skills, and are self-motivated.

• Ideally, you have experience and an interest in the aerospace industry.

• You are perfectly comfortable communicating in both French and English, both orally and in writing.

• You have advanced skills with Google Workspace and Planisware.
