We are looking for an experienced End-to-End (E2E) Test Manager to lead testing efforts for a large-scale enterprise program within the Finance and Regulatory Compliance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Test Management, Program Governance, Stakeholder Management, and Enterprise Testing Strategy, with proven experience coordinating testing activities across multiple applications, platforms, and cross-functional teams.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end testing initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, oversee defect management, and provide executive-level reporting to ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple platforms, products, and business functions.
• Define and execute the overall testing strategy, governance model, test plans, milestones, and release readiness criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated testing schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Business, QA, and Operations teams to drive testing execution and issue resolution.
• Manage test environments, test data readiness, regression testing cycles, and release validation activities.
• Establish and facilitate defect triage processes, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution of critical issues.
• Identify and manage testing risks, dependencies, assumptions, and blockers, providing mitigation strategies and escalation when needed.
• Track testing progress through dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports highlighting test execution status, defect trends, risks, and readiness metrics.
• Lead test status meetings, readiness reviews, governance forums, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders, translating technical testing insights into business-focused outcomes.
• Drive accountability across multiple teams to ensure testing commitments and release milestones are successfully achieved.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Test Management, QA Program Management, or Enterprise Testing Leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing End-to-End (E2E) Testing, SIT, UAT, and release validation processes.
• Proven expertise in creating test strategies, test plans, governance frameworks, and integrated testing schedules.
• Experience with defect management, risk management, dependency tracking, and release readiness assessments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, or similar test/project management tools.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and manage large-scale enterprise testing programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Regulatory, Risk, or Compliance environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Previous experience working in large enterprise organizations and matrix environments.
