Job Title: E2E Test Lead(23960-1)
Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract
Location – Seattle, WA(4 Days Onsite)
Overall Experience Requirement – 10+ years in Quality Engineering and Testing, including 5+ years leading large-scale E2E testing programs and 5+ years of Facets experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end (E2E) testing across multiple applications, interfaces, and business domains.
Define the E2E test strategy, scope, coverage, entry/exit criteria, and release readiness plans.
Coordinate SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT activities across business, development, and QA teams.
Manage test planning, test execution, defect triage, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through test execution and production validation.
Drive cross-functional coordination for test data, environments, integrations, and release validation.
Monitor testing KPIs, quality metrics, defect leakage, and overall program readiness.
Support knowledge transfer, transition activities, governance reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
Present testing status, risks, mitigation plans, and go/no-go recommendations to leadership.
Required Experience
10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing.
5+ years of experience leading large-scale E2E testing programs.
5+ years of experience with the Facets healthcare system.
Experience managing complex multi-application and multi-vendor testing engagements.
Strong expertise in test planning, execution management, defect governance, and release validation.
Strong experience with Healthcare Payer platforms and processes, including:
Claims
Enrollment
Membership
Provider
Billing
Care Management
Prior Authorization
EDI Transactions
Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps, and modern Quality Engineering practices.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience
Healthcare Payer managed services and transition programs.
TCoE-led delivery models and governance frameworks.
Automation-led testing and shift-left quality initiatives.
Test Data Management and Environment Management exposure.
CMS, regulatory, and compliance testing programs.
Experience supporting AI-enabled Quality Engineering initiatives.
